Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant on an ongoing temporary basis, to join a well-established business based in Wakefield.

This role is ideal for a candidate that is in between roles and looking to maintain an active CV. You will be required to provide an executive level PA service to the Trust Central Team. In this role you will also support the PA to CEO as required and any other key activities led by senior members of the team.

To be considered for this role, you must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service.

The duties of this role are:

  • Provide a high level, professional, pro-active PA service to the Executive Team including the COO, CFO and Directors in The Central Team.
  • Attend MAT Ops meetings, manage action trackers and records of meetings, following up on actions arising.
  • Collate information, produce reports, communications, correspondence and documentation on behalf of the Executive Team.
  • Deal with initial queries and complaints.
  • Monitor and manage Trust mailboxes.
  • Act as first point of contact for the Executive Team, filter incoming post, telephone communications and emails as may be required.
