Movement Administrator

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are hiring for a Movement Administrator. Our client is an international moving company that help their customers co-ordinate all moves from small paintings to cars across the globe. They are searching for an administrator to join their small close-knit team in a fast-paced busy environment.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

• Compiling customer compliance documents such as form and passports
• Creating sales invoices
• Taking client payments and chasing client deposits
• Acting as a liaison between the clients and external contractors
• Booking appointments and diary management
• Email management to send booking confirmations
• Recording data and reviewing checks to completion and collection
• Inbound and outbound calls with clients
• Working closely with the external contractors to ensure the moving goes smoothly within a timely manner
• Tracking shipping details and communicating back with the clients

The successful candidate:

• Professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills to work with clients and external stakeholders
• Experience and knowledge in creating invoices
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office including excel and outlook
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Great organisational skills
