Our client has an immediate start for a temporary Receptionist to provide a professional, efficient and comprehensive receptionist/telephonist service and to include the maintenance of boardrooms and the main kitchen. The hours of work are 9am 5pm Monday to Friday. The role is expected to last till 26th May 2024.

The role:

  • Deliver practical services of outstanding quality that are focused on the client's needs.
  • To provide reception/switchboard duties
  • To ensure the kitchen is clean and presentable, stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, water and orange juice.
  • To check twice daily that all meeting rooms are prepared and ready for clients.
  • To assist with any admin duties when needed.

Skills/Experience:

Good communication skills

Attention to detail

Clear speaking voice

Previous receptionist experience
