The Xpert-Career are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to work for our client based in Newbridge, Edinburgh.This role is a temporary short term assignment to cover holidays.

Start Date: 10th May for training 12th & 19th May.

More shifts may become available.Hours of work: 11am:7pmRate of Pay - £11.44 per hourThe role includes: Answering calls Greeting visitors to the reception Ensuring visitors sign in and out of logbook All other reception duties as required Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally. Greeting and assisting visitors in a courteous manner. Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized. Sorting and distributing mail and packages. Providing general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. Maintaining office supplies and inventory for the reception area. Assisting with scheduling appointments or meetings as needed. Keeping records of visitor logs and appointments. Responding to inquiries and providing information to callers or visitors. Cooperating with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.

A day of training will be given to ensure you are comfortable with the systems.
