Extensive diary management; arranging meetings, including setting up video calls and in person meetings
Booking travel arrangements
Meeting and greeting clients
Market monitoring eg maintaining calendars of industry events shared across the team
Ad hoc administration, such as office stocks and supplies
Ideal Team PA will have:
Previous experience providing support in a similar, fast-paced environment
Advanced Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Proactive and flexible approach
Professional and discreet
Desire to be part of a successful and growing team
