Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Office based - Halifax

We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to Operations Director of a thriving worldwide family-run business.

To provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organised, possess exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar, email, communication, and meeting management
  • Document organisation and project support
  • Travel arrangements and expense management
  • Relationship cultivation and general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting C-Suiteexecutives
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Benefits:

Salary £42,000 DOE

Holidays 25 days plus bank holidays
