Preparing and formatting letters, legal documents and other correspondenceAudio and copy typingProviding support utilising the firms case management systemDocument filing and archivingAssistance in the preparation of legal and court forms Preparing and issuing invoicesAssist with incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and delivery of correspondence.Diary managementGeneral Office/Administration dutiesWhat we're looking for Previous legal secretarial or legal experience in general Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively. An excellent knowledge of Microsoft platforms including Word, Outlook, etc.
